Trinity Altoona’s annual Fall Banquet is coming up this Sunday November 12, featuring a menu of roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, haluska, corn, rolls and assorted desserts. Ticket prices are $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-12. Children under age 5 eat for free. Trinity Altoona’s early and late Sunday morning worship services return this weekend. Beginning tomorrow (September 3), the 8:15 AM and 10:45 AM services are back on their regular schedule. Vacation Bible School Returns Sunday

Trinity Altoona’s Vacation Bible School, for children in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade, will be running nightly from 6-8PM Sunday August 6 through Thursday August 10. This year the children will be exploring Bible passages and looking at what the church is like in our companion synod in Kenya. As usual, there will be Bible stories, snacks, games, crafts, puppets, music and lots of fun with friends old and new. 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of Pastor Hess’s ordination. Trinity Altoona’s Social Ministry Committee is recognizing that milestone by holding a month-long collection drive for one of our Pastor’s favorite organizations: The Central Pennsylvania Humane Society. All this June, Trinity will be collecting such items as dog and puppy food, cat and kitten food, treats, toys, cat litter and flea and tick treatments.
